Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling a session

• More than 4 hours before start time: free reschedule or full refund of the prepaid session fee (excluding non-refundable promo discounts unless stated).
• Within 4 hours of start time: 50% of the session fee may be charged.
• No-show / therapist arrived and client unavailable: full session fee is charged.

2. Rescheduling

Subject to therapist availability. Contact us by phone/SMS as early as possible: +65 6221 7777 / +65 9635 6777.

3. Service issues

If we cancel due to therapist unavailability or operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule of your choice.

4. Gift vouchers & packages

• Unused vouchers may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if not partially redeemed, unless marked final sale.
• Opened/partially used packages are non-refundable; unused sessions may be discussed case-by-case.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/card issuer.
