By booking or purchasing through this website you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

IsleHouse provides outcall massage and related spa services at homes, hotels and approved venues in Singapore within our service zones. Availability depends on therapist scheduling.

2. Bookings & prepaid payment

Online bookings require accurate contact and address details.
Sessions are prepaid. Prices shown are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive unless otherwise stated.
Travel surcharges and midnight surcharges may apply as described on our FAQ / pricing pages.

3. Customer responsibilities

Provide a safe, suitable space for the session.
Be reachable on the phone number provided.
Ensure the person receiving treatment is 18 years or older (or has parental/guardian consent where required).
Disclose relevant medical conditions to the therapist before treatment.

4. Professional conduct

All services are professional therapeutic massage / spa treatments only. Inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

5. Cancellations & refunds

6. Gift vouchers & packages

Vouchers and packages are non-transferable unless stated, subject to validity periods communicated at purchase, and redeemable for listed services only.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, IsleHouse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
